Vidya Balan plays the role of actress Silk Smitha of the 80's who had a huge fan following for her bold roles in movies.
The Dirty Picture also stars Naseeruddin Shah, Tusshar Kapoor and Emraan Hashmi in lead roles.
The movie is produced by Ekta Kapoor and directed by Milan Luthria.
